The Dr Pepper StarCenter in Euless opened in April of 2000. It is located just off of Hwy 157 and near Route 183 in Euless. The rink is located in The Parks at Texas Star Sports Complex. In addition to the Dr Pepper StarCenter this beautiful complex includes Softball World, Veteran’s Memorial Youth Baseball Stadium, batting cages, multiple baseball and soccer fields as well as the nationally recognized Texas Star Golf Course.
The Dr Pepper StarCenter in Farmers Branch is part of the Dallas Stars’ growing network of ice skating and entertainment facilities throughout the Metroplex.
The facility includes two NHL – regulation ice surfaces, eight team locker rooms, a StarStuff merchandise store, a Grille restaurant and CrossBar. The second floor of 11,000 square feet functions as the Farmers Branch Conference Center and contains four conference rooms and a viewing area overlooking both ice surfaces.
The Dr Pepper StarCenter is conveniently located off I-635 and I-35 just fifteen minutes from D/FW airport.
The Dallas Stars and the City of Frisco are proud to introduce the area’s new premier sports and entertainment venue, Dr Pepper Arena! The state of the art facility will host a wide array of events such as concerts, family shows and sporting events right here in Frisco.
This facility has two NHL-sized sheets of ice for hockey or broomball. Each sheet can be covered for non-ice skating events such as in line hockey, basketball, banquets, graduations, and more.
The Dr Pepper Arena in Frisco is the practice facility home to the NHL Dallas Stars as well as the practice facility and home game arena for the Texas Tornado of the North American Hockey League. The Arena seats between 5000 and 7000 spectators depending on the event type and has full media capabilities and suites. There is also a parking garage that can handle approx. 2100 vehicles.
The Plano facility was built in 1997 and originally operated by an independent owner and known as Ice Bound. The Dallas Stars purchased the facility and it became Dr Pepper StarCenter Plano in January 2001. Since opening in 1997, Plano boasts the largest number of figure skating customers in the Metroplex. Plano opens at 5:00am daily dedicating over 13 hours of ice each day to figure skating sessions. In addition, Plano is home to the Dallas Junior Hockey Association, the oldest hockey association in the Dallas area. Plano is equipped with a snack bar, pro shop, ballet room, weight room, private birthday party and event rooms, and offers daily public sessions and a warm mezzanine for viewing both ice surfaces. Plano StarCenter is conveniently located on Plano Parkway just west of Coit Road with lots of parking!
