Head Coach - Ryan Pfeiffer Please contact Coach Ryan directly to schedule private lessons. Goals: My primary goal is to create a safe, comfortable and fun environment that will allow each player to become a better person on and off the ice. Win or lose; it's all about getting better and having a good time doing it. My second goal is to create a positive environment that allows each player to succeed. Through leadership and strategy I aim to create a winning squad. I measure success by each players' individual development. Player development is also measured by how well they understand the intricacies of the game of hockey and how they apply them in relation to the rest of the team. Above all, I WILL TEACH THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING A TEAM. Everything I do in regards to hockey is with intentions of making the team better, and I expect the same attitude from my players, parents, and the organization.
