Payment must be received no later than 2 - weeks after registering. If you require installments, please contact Bob Smith to make arrangements.  All final payments must be mailed by November 12th, 2010.

To complete the registration process, you should be prepared to enter the following information:

1. Your teams roster, including jersey numbers, and date of birth.
2. Your coaches names, USA Hockey Certification number, level, and date of completion.
3. After registering your team, please forward the confirmation email to Bob Smith (dsstournaments@juno.com), and please include a brief statement about what level you think your team will play in your local league, and why. Include what level you want to play in the tournament (if different), and why. This will help our committee place your team at the proper competitive level in the tournament.
